we have a problem with our TPA3255 design.
The amp shuts down at approx 50 W power. As reference i use the TPA3255EVM wich has no problems at same conditions.
Conditions: 4 * 4 R (ohmic) BTL
PVDD: 48 V
Roc: 22k
