Hi,
Could you please provide me the timing characteristics in detail on standard and fast modes for I2C bus specification?
Q1.
I can't find the following parameters which are specified on standard and fast modes in the I2C-bus specification (UM10204), so please tell me them regarding TLV320AIC3109-Q1.
- e.g. : fSCL, tLOW, tHIGH, tSU;DAT, tHD;DAT, tr, tf and so on
Q2.
According to TLV320AIC3109-Q1 datasheet, TLV320AIC3109-Q1 can support fast mode, but please let me know if there are any concerns when using the TLV320AIC3109-Q1 at 150kHz, 200kHz and 400kHz (SCK).
Best regards,
Kato
Hi,
These are normally quite standard, you can probably use the parameter from a similar device.
The fast mode covers up to 400KHz, so it should be ok for those frequencies.
Regards.
Hi pdjuandi-san,
Thank you for your information.
Comparing the data sheets of TLV320AIC3109-Q1 and TLV320AIC3120, values such as tHD;STA, tSU;STA, tSU;STO are different. Are there detailed timing specifications for the TLV320AIC3109-Q1?
- TLV320AIC3109-Q1 I2C Timing Spec
-TLV320AIC3120 I2C Timing Spec
Best regards,
Kato
Unfortunately not, but these parameters are normally very close to the standard I2C spec.
It's ok to use the other spec.
