TLV320AIC3107: Wait time requirements to minimize the power consumption

Hello,

My customer would like to minimize the power consumption of TLV320AIC3107. As far as I checked the threads in E2E or the information shown in the datasheet, there is no restriction except the power sequence shown on page 90 in the datasheet. They'd like to know wait times of MICBIAS On/Off, APKAMP On/Off and so on, but does this device have any restrictions? Can they enable/disable MICBIAS, SPKAMP, HPAMP or others anytime?

Hello Peter-san,

Thank you very much for supporting me again.

I checked the apps note you showed, but it didn't have any wait time. I understand the apps note should show the optimized script codes, so I understand the IC doesn't require wait time for any of the blocks. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Hi Kawasaki-san,

That's correct, but there's recommended sequence like turning off the PLL first etc.
