PSPICE-FOR-TI: Can not sign in.

PUREPATHCONSOLE: installed purepath console 3 but unable sign in

Hi,

i just installed purepath console 3 and the started the application, on the main blue screen i can see the button to sign in but clicking it does nothing. rest of the options work e.g. help. also tried running it as an admin but nothing changed.

    a bit more information, when i restart the application i get an error report to be sent to TI. the details of the error are

    somehow creating this empty file in this location  'C:\Users\azmat\AppData\Local\PPC3SignIN\User Data\Default\Cookies'  worked. i think the new release has a different folder structure then whats the singin module is expecting.
