TPA3110D2: TPA3110D2 initial POP sound and current consumption

Part Number: TPA3110D2

Hello team,

I'm using the TPA3110D2 for one of my client projects., I noticed that when I power on the circuit and play any audio, the speaker initially produces a POP( sounds like TUK) with a large current consumption. Then it plays normally. If I play the same audio again, there is no issue, and the system works normally. However, if we stop playing for some time and then play the same audio again, the same issue occurs initially, and after that, we can play the same audio multiple times without any issue.

The issue only arises the first time after a power cycle or playing some sound after a gap in time. If continuously playing within 30 to 60 seconds, there is no issue. Additionally, we can increase the volume during normal operation, and it works fine. However, at high volumes, if we turn off the system and restart the power, my power supply turns off due to a high current fault of the power supply because of POP.

Also, I noticed that my biased voltage is 2.5 only. is that okay?

How can we solve this issue?
