    I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to urgently request assistance regarding the configuration of the TAS2563 audio codec in conjunction with an STM32WB55 processor for audio playback activities.

    I am currently encountering issues where the TAS2563 codec fails to function when playing raw audio files, causing the audio activities to become locked. However, I have observed that audio playback operates smoothly when using audio files with adjusted amplitudes, approximately 1/10 of the original magnitude.

    Given the critical nature of this issue and its impact on our project timeline, I kindly request your prompt support in resolving this matter. Specifically, I seek guidance on the appropriate configuration settings for the TAS2563 codec to ensure seamless playback of raw audio files on the specified hardware platform.

    Any insights, recommendations, or documentation you can provide to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if there are any firmware updates or patches available that could potentially alleviate this compatibility issue, please advise accordingly.

    Hi Kubilay,

    When you test with the reduced amplitude audio files, is the audio output also very small? Or is that actually larger than expected?
    If the audio output is consistently higher than expected, perhaps the audio format is incorrect? You may try different values for the TDM_CFG registers:

    • FRAME_START
    • RX_OFFSET
    • RX_EDGE
    • RX_SCFG
    • RX_WLEN
    • RX_SLEN

    Hi Ivan, 

    Our audio formats are same. I shared with you our audio snapshot. I tried so much different register options but I cannot get results. We need urgent help so much about this problem. Can you help us specially about developing new register map?
