I2C address on TAS2505 is fixed, you should use an I2C mux/switch to communicate with multiple TAS2505 on the same bus.

If you're looking for the time it takes from the Class-D power up command through I2C to the signal becomes present at the output of the amplifier, this is in the order of tenths of milliseconds. This depends on settings like speaker power-on delay bypassed or not, and which settings being used. Refer to Application Reference Guide, Page 1 Register 81.
