PUREPATH-CMBEVM: Can't detect TAS5825MEVM

Hi team -

After Installing the Purepath Console Software - it doesn't see the TAS5825MEVM evaluation board.

I was expecting to see the PPC3 application to at least detect the CMBEBM but it doesn't see the EVM or none of the EVM apps are available. Are the TAS5825MEVM .PPC3 files for importing into the PPC3 application available online?

Do I need the .PPC3 files for this board?

What should we do to debug this issue?

Hi Jacob,

There are 2 parts. First you install the PPC3 software. Then you get approval for device apps. Once you login to the PPC3, the "approved" device apps will be there.

Looks like you installed the PPC software correctly. Now you need to request for the device app. You need separate approvals for each device apps. Here is the link for TAS5825M:

Once you are approved for the device app, please use this FAQ to manually add the device app to the PPC3. Usually it is automatic but we are migrating to a new platform and you need to follow the FAQ to add the device app manually for the time being. Let me know if you have any question.
