Hello
My PPC3-EVM_MB is not recognized USB device suddenly, before that EVMs are works fine last week.
Is it possible to get EVM repair service in TI?
Hello,
Apologies for the inconvenience.
Can you confirm that both power and USB are connected to the board? The 3.3V LED should turn on. Can you confirm whether or not this is happening?

Hello,
I see. But the Blue "USB ready" LED no longer turns on? Which EVM are you using to connect with PPC3-EVM-MB? Can you share a picture of the jumper configuration?
Regards,
Sydney Northcutt
Yes, the Blue "USB ready" LED indicator seems fail to turn on. I using the TAS2564 EVM
I will upload the picture of the jumper config
Hello,
I see on the PPC3-EVM_MB you have IOVDD set to 3.3V. TAS2564 only accepts 1.8V for VDD and digital levels. Can you adjust this jumper to 1.8 V and let me know if that solves the connection issue?
Other than that, the jumper configuration looks okay.
Also please ensure you are connecting both the micro USB and 5 V (to J12 or J11) on the PPC3-EVM_MB.

Sydney Northcutt
