2. We have PPC3 tool for TAS5825M tuning. You can request it from our web(ti.com).

=> it needs to work with our EVM. 

Yes, it could be initialized without load connection

One is on the Top, And the other is on the Bottom

We have a problem now, whether we have a load or not, the temperature of the chip will be relatively high after initialization. Is this normal？

please check whether the inductor Isat is large enough which can meet the request in our datasheet section: inductor selection.

The inductor Isat we have chosen now is 2A, which is indeed smaller than the value on EVM. Could this be the reason for the high temperature when there is no load?
