TAS5805M: Tas5805M Shutdown mode

Part Number: TAS5805M

Tool/software:

When designing the TAS5805M power amplifier, we encountered a strange problem: After pulling down the PDN pin to make it enter shutdown mode, when the power amplifier is turned on again, the EQ in the chip will become not the EQ I originally set. Even if I re-write through I2C at this time, it will not be updated to the set EQ (but I2C reads the value is the set value at this time), but when the power amplifier is completely powered off, This problem will not appear, please help to answer it

  • Hi Ryan,

I will do some testing on my side to see if I can find the root cause. Can you tell me what your process flow and configuration is (BTL/PBTL, PVDD, output load, ect)?

    Regards,

    Ramsey
