Tool/software:
I have been using the QFN software for tuning the TAS2563 Smart Amp for several months. A couple of days ago I got this error , related to the MATLAB Compiler Runtime (MCR) program needed for the app to generate binaries as well as save ppc3 projects.
I have tried the recommended instructions as given, but to no avail. I reinstalled the MCR but it did not help
I have also tried removing the environmental path and adding it back and restarting the computer. The error still persists
I even went to the extent of reinstalling Purepath and the app assoiciated to the EVM board. That also did not help.
After calling TI customer care and chatting on the live chat, I was pointed here to raise this issue.
I am using a Windows 11 OS, HP elitebook 650, Intel Corei7
I need this issue to be resolved at the earliest, as I cannot save any project files, nor create any binaries when finishing tuning.
