Hello team , 

Can i increase my codec TLV320AIC3104 dynamic range by " range switching in DAC" ?( I'm using Headphone outputs )   

If not ,

How can i increase dynamic range of my codec by using any external amplfiers , or anything .

I need to incerase it from 91dB to 120 dB . .

    Hi Falguni,

    This increase is not practical. As I mentioned, channel summation is the only way to increase dynamic range but the delta is too large to make it a reasonable solution. Amplifiers will only increase the power of the signal and the noise floor so the dynamic range won't increase either.

    If you really need that much dynamic range, I recommend you look at the TAC5212 instead.
