TPA3110D2 FBs with long speaker wires

Can we use TPA3110D2 with ferrite beads instead of LC filter  with speaker wires of approx 5 mtrs length? Regulatory compliance is not required.

    The answer to your question is that the TPA3110D2 will function with ferrite beads even with speaker wires of up to 5 meters -- of course, at that distance, performance will certainly depend on your PCB design and other factors, such as output power level. There are plenty of design suggestions within the data sheet itself. That particular combination is not guaranteed to pass EMC/EMI tests, however.

    Thanks for the answer. We are looking at 10-12W into 4Ohms load with 14V-16V supply. No need to pass EMC/EMI. What care needs to be taken on the PCB layout? Is it about thermal pad or something else?

    It is not advisable to pursue a 5 meter output wire with that level of output power and supply voltage.
