Hello,

Would like to drive 8ohm 1/4 W speaker using the PCM2912A dual output, can I just connect the L and R channels to the speaker ?

Mohamed,

In mono mode the device should duplicate the data on both channels. As for the load, minimum in the d/s is 16 ohms, so performance cannot be guaranteed at 8ohms.

is mono mode something that we can config on the chip ? or from windows
