That should work, but your customer will have to validate it in their system.
I would add a resistor in series with the cap to ground to match the impedance seen by the differential inputs, otherwise, you might get a pop at start-up.

1.we can leave Vgo- pin floating?
2. C211 and C212 capacitor value need the same?
3.C212 need series one 20Kohm resistor to GND?
4. the Single end connect way is also the same TPA2011 DS page 13?

I'll response to your question.
1.we can leave Vgo- pin floating?------- No, you need to configure the same connection as pin 14 and 15 to pin 17 and 16. Because the input configuration of LM48511 is differential type input stage. And then the input cap on +Input side can be connected to GND as AC GND connection.
2. C211 and C212 capacitor value need the same?-----------Yes, You should take same cap value to suppress turn on pop.
3.C212 need series one 20Kohm resistor to GND? ------------ Reffer to above response on 1
4. the Single end connect way is also the same TPA2011 DS page 13? -------- Yes, it is similar. TPA2011 has feedback resistor internally but LM48511 has external resitor to adjust the gain externally.
