We are using TLV320AIC3100 Codec for one of our application. As per datasheet it has a stereo DAC. As we can control headphone output lines (HPL and HPR) individually, Can we configure it to mono by disabling either HPL or HPR line. If it is possible then is it fine if we leave the disabled headphone line open (NC).

You can configure the DAC data for mono mix in P0R63, bit D5-D4: 11 = left channel DAC data = LR mono mix. If you route the output of the left DAC to the left HP output, then you get a mono mix on the left HP output. You can leave the right HP output disconnected.
