Audio: NO Sound for very first Aplay command with TLV320DAC3100

 We are using TLV320DAC3100 with AM3352 sitara processor with 3.14 linux kernel version. Recently we made Audio Codec up with tlv320aic31xx.c(aic3100) codec driver for the DAC3100 -- we done some changes so we got the Audio. But for the very first "APLAY" we are not getting any sound/audio out.

Please any one suggest -- why for very first aplay command is not getting any Audio.
