DRV632: about influence of pop tone

Dears:

Our customer is using DRV632. There will be detected a 140mV falling output of Audio R when the MUTE signal comes. It will product pop tone.

The schematic diagram and issue's picture provided by attachment. Pls. kindly give some advice about it.

    Hi Lian,

    Welcome to e2e.
    Could you please try to AC ground the inputs and test the mute again? Please let me know if doing this reduces/eliminates the pop.
    Unfortunately the schematic attached do not show much about the circuit. If you need to send the information in a private message you can e-mail me at: ivan.salazar@ti.com

    Dear Ivan:
    Pls. refer the attachment, and the specific information as follows:
    Test process: After the system is powered on, and the system is in the process of initialization, CPU will send MUTE signal.
    When the MUTE signal comes (see the below blue line), at the same time DRV632 send R signal which is dragged falling 140mV(see the below yellow line).
     
    Test point: DRV632’s PIN5
                    The audio R of headphone jack on board
    Pls. give some advice about it, tks~~
