Hi Team,
The customer is using PCM5141. The customer uses 1400 PCM5141 devices. But 11 devices are no sound and one device cannot
be adjusted the volume.
The attache is the customer's schematic.
Q1: Is the customer's schematic correct?
Q2: If the customer's schematic is correct, can you give me some suggestions for the customer's issue?
Best Wishes,

Hi, Mickey,
Thanks for the post. In general the schematic seems correct, other than the shared output (R375 and R374 should not be connected at the same time), the only thing to consider is that VCOM pin should be tied to GND in VREF mode. Do you know if customer tried the suspect ICs in a different board to discard soldering issues?.
The non audio issue could be related to a clock error as this part will lead to a mute state if the clocks are not valid. You can verify if there is a clock error by reading the sample rate status bits (Reg. 91 to 94).
For the device with volume adjust issue, could you check if other I²C functions can be configured (verify I²C communication).

Hi, Mickey,
I meant Registers 91 to 94. These registers are used to monitor the clocking status of the part.
