Hi SHH,
I reviewed the SCH and have the following comments:
1. Please use 100uF for C635 and C632. I understand that there is usually not enough space on the board, but try to use large capacitors for PVCC decoupling as much as possible.
2. Please use R603:R602=1:4 to make the voltage on PLIMIT around 1V, then the output voltage is limited to around to 4V(in this case, the output power is around 3W on 4//8Ohm load).
3. Please add 1uF capacitor on GVDD pin.
4. I can't understand why INN and INP are connected together for both L and R channel. I think you are trying to use single-ended input mode, please refer to Figure 18 in TPA3136D2 datasheet. Please also try to use pseudo differential input in layout design.
5. For the output design, I'm not sure whether one or two TPA3136D2 devices are used, because I can't find where the TWEETER_SPK_OUT_x_x nets are from.
About THD performance, please refer to the previous answer in E2E e2e.ti.com/.../602700.

The tweeters are driven by anothercodec and that is the reason why the schematic only has one TPA3136.
