TAS5756M: pure path does not show apps

I succsesfully installed purepath console.
I logged in succesfully (at least there was no error and the log in window closed)
but there are no apps available, even after refreshing.
I also found no documentation about the error or how to program the registers of a TAS5756/82.

Hello Nic! Which PPC version did you install? The TAS5756 uses PPC2, which can be found at: www.ti.com/.../autopagepreview.tsp and then by scrolling down past the Pure Path Console 3 section. The GUI and its associated documents are also located there. Once installed, please follow the directions exactly as shown in the EVM manual for set up. Please let me know if this helps. Your response solved my issue with the TAS5756, but it is st there for the TA5782 (which saies it needs ppc3). So can you help me with that ? I have no Idea who Andy is.

Hello Nic! Please post the email address that you have tied to you ti.com account and I'll verify that you have access approval. With that all you need to do is open PPC3, sigh-in and then do a download refresh. Thanks, Jeff

Hello Nic! That is strange... i checked and you do have access. You may want to look in your junk folder as the SW access approval message comes from an automated source and can get filtered by certain corporate servers. also, you can go directly to: www.ti.com/.../autopagepreview.tsp This is the secure SW site and you should be able to see the PurePath Console 2 links once there. still does not show the app, neither in the program nor online. As I have no time to take care of this I will find another solution.

Hello Nic! The instructions for PPC2 are different than that for PPC3. Above I attached the instructions for using the GUI for the TAS5756 in PPC2. You have to follow the instructions as laid out in the EVM users guide under section 2.2: www.ti.com/.../slau583.pdf Thanks, Jeff
