TAS5733L: Can TAS5756M PurePath mother board support TAS5733L ?

Part Number: TAS5733L

Hi Team, 

   We have TAS5756MEVM+ PurePath mother board  and they can operate normally. Now we are develop speaker using TAS5733L amplifer, Can we use this mother board to debug TAS5733L by I2C ?

 Our mother board version is AIP006F, such as below.  The way of connect such as figure 2. but the software indicate 'the hard ware is incorrect. Can you help ?

    Hi Aggil,

    The PPCMB should also support TAS5733L. I can't find obvious issue in your hardware connection. Are you using TAS7533L app in the PPC3 GUI? You can quite the hardware check and read/write the register in the the AMP device, does it work?

    Yes， we use TAS5733L APP. We can read/write the register in the AMP device, we can control the volume by i2c.
    We disconnet i2c circuit between TAS5733L and our MCU, and we connet i2c between PPCMB and 5733L by fly line, is that right ?

    Hi Aggil,
    What you did is correct. I don't think there is any problem in your setup because I2C read/write operation works normally. The PPC3 software reads the device ID during initialization, I think your AMP device has the different device ID from EVM, which causes the fault. You can ingore this fault.

    Hi Aggile,
    Please connect the I2C to the orange connector 'SDA' and 'SCL' or JP3.
