TAS5782M: DSP Memory Map for Process Flow3

Part Number: TAS5782M

Hi,

Our customer found the registers which aren't mentioned in the application note "TAS5782M Process Flows " if dumping the DSP memory.
So, could you please tell me that registers in detail as below ?

  • Hi Kato-san,

Parameters shown in PPC3 GUI can be found in "TAS5782M Process Flows ". Some registers are not open to customer, hence you may not be able to find them in the applicaiton note.
Hence, can you point out which register cencerning opening parameters in PPC3 GUI cannot be found in applciaton note? I will explain to you one by one.

    Regards,
    Alix Wan.
  • Hi Alix-san,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I would pick up the registers which aren't mentioned in the application note, but it seems that procedural repetition commands are also included.
So, could you please tell me the meaning of each one ?

    Best regards,
    Kato

  • Hi Kato-san,

You can also refer to register map part of datasheet for register descriptions.
If any other registers bother you, please pick them up and I will explain to you if necessary.

    Regards,
    Alix Wan.
  • Hi Alix-san,

    Thank you for the comment.

I will look into these registers and will get back to you if necessary.

    Best regards,
    Kato

  • Hi Alix-san,

Sorry for rushing you, so please let me know if you have any updates.

    Best regards,
    Kato

  • Hi Kato-san,

Please see file attached. This is for 2.1 mode but works for 2.0 too.

    Regards,

    Alix Wan.

  • Hi Alix-san,

    Thank you for the information.

I would like to confirm just in case, is 2.1 mode memory map same with 2.0 mode memory map for process flow3 ?

    Best regards,
    Kato

  • Hi Kato-san,

Yes it is also appliable for process flow3: 48KHz, 2.0 Standard Flow.

    Regards,
    Alix Wan.
  • Hi Alix-san,

    Thank you for confirming.

    I understood.

    Best regards,
