Hi Aggil,

Looks like the installer is dependent on this MDAC module. According to Microsoft the update can be installed manually as well. Try this link:

Hi Pual

I can't installed MDAC module that you give the link. My computer sysytem is WIN 7. Is there any other way to install PPS (home audio)　？

Hi Aggil,

Can you try installing PPS in compatibility mode? Right click the installer and go to Properties, under the compatibility tab you can select "Windows XP".

This is the first time I have seen this error. I have installed PPS on Windows 7 and windows 10 without issue. I believe your PC may be missing some microsoft updates, but I am not sure which ones.

I don't solve this problem. Customer send the photo to me.

I can install the PPS(protable audio) version.

Hi Aggil,

I found a few posts on Microsoft's page that mentions that this might be related to not have MS .NET framework installed. I confirmed that I do have that installed on my PC running windows 7.
