Hi All
My Customer have a question.
I think this IC only supports BTL.
Is there a way to output an amplifier with BTL connection as single-ended ?
For example, use only the SPKP side and connect to the latter stage AMP using the LPF.
You may connect additional parts.
Hayashi-san,
If only one SPK driver output is used, only the half bridge could be used for the rest of connections. I mean, if we suppose that the Class-D driver generates a sine-wave signal, only the positive mid wave could be used even from the positive (yellow) or negative (green) output (see picture below for details). The negative output couldn't be generated in single-ended mode.
If this is not constraint for the customer, he can use it with the help of an RC filter like this:

Hi Luis-san
Thank you for response.
I thought that the amplitude of the amplifier's output would be halved.
Is there another way ?
