We are making good progress on this next generation design utilizing the TAS5766 with a Linux drivers.
Last week at the customer a new version of firmware successfully played audio via our TAS5766 Smart Amp. So great initial success with the Linux driver.
Now the customer is ready to start tuning the acoustic performance of the design through EQ settings. As a result, they would like to talk with us to understand how they can port the output registers of the EVM kit into the module their vendor is using. This was something we greatly helped them with on a previous generation - Andy was an enormously important resource here. We need to support this yet again, and this time they are using Linux.
Please let me know who I can work with (Andy?) to attend a couple conference calls and provide direction to enable the customer to port approx. 50 EQ settings.
We probably need to take this off line to discuss additional details.
