My Product have Happened TPA3110 Damage issue,

When I Play Music, But I don't kown what is happened?

Could you help to check my Schematic, and get me you suggestion,

    I have received your mail and schematic. 

    I saw the PVCC is 18V, and no PLIMIT setting. Under the design, if input signal has burst, the peak of output will up to 18V, then the peak current will up to 4.5A.

    But the rate current of inductor is 3A. So the inductor will be hot when the issue happened.

    You can set the PLIMIT or select higher rate current inductor.

    Moreover, the snubber circuit is 1uF+2.7ohm, that will lead to idle current increasing hardly. Please modify the circuit to 1000pF+68ohm.
