Does PCM2707C support Audio Control from master volume control of windows10 over I2S line? We have a PCM2707 IC on an Evaluation board from MAXIM Integrated but it can't control the volume from Windows.
also what is difference between PCM2707C and PCM2706C?
Hi Nikesh,
The I2S and SPDIF output are considered "line outputs" and are not controlled by the windows volume control. Only the audio source can adjust the volume (Windows Media Player, for example).

The difference between the devices is that the PCM2706 uses HID inputs, while the PCM2707 has an SPI interface.
