TPA3128D2: How to adjust the circuit to reduce pop noise?

Hi team,

For now, we are facing the problem in pop noise. we found there will be pop noise occurs in following situations:

1):the pop noise will increase through the input signal increase;

2):when cut off the Cin, there will be small pop noise occurs;

i attach the schematic of TPA3128D2. coulde you help review and can you help us reduce the pop noise?

Hi Zhanpeng,

Do you mean that you removed the 1uF input caps, then the noise reduced?

From you description, the noise is from input source or PCB layout.

I suggest you can add RC filter on input source to filter the noise.

The schematic looks fine.

Hi tianming,

but the customer also reply that during the normal work, if they pull down the SDZ, there will be POP noise,i'm not sure that input will occur the situation?

Hi Zhanpeng,

Before SD device, device should be mute firstly to avoid the pop.
