Need help with TAS5766M implementation for custom board we are developing. The target application is 8 ohms 5W continuous and 8W peak power speaker. PVCC is 24V.
The issue is following Audio mutes for 1.3s when there is load audio is played on the load.
we are using PBTL topology (Figure 59 page 45 of data sheet ). Based on following table on the datasheet we determine the event is caused by over current protection.
The fault can be produced without any load or Inductors in the circuit. The smart AMP function is not enabled at this point.
Please let us know what would be a best way to isolate and trouble shoot this issue.
