hello, can you tell me what is supported resolution for primary ADC and secondary ADCs respectively?

Hi Takuma-san,

This information is given in the spec table. The primary ADC can transmit 16-32-bit word lengths. The resolution of the secondary ADC can be read as 8-bit or 12-bit values.

Also note that the HW controlled devices don't allow use of the secondary ADC and have limited word length settings.
