Power supply decoupling looks good and follows data sheet recommendations.
I see that unused inputs are AC coupled to GND via 0.1uF. Wherever convenient you may short the unused pins and ground them using a single 0.1uF cap. MICBIAS and MICDET are not used here and can be left unconnected.
HPL and HPR outputs on AIC3204 are not ground centered and will have to be cap-coupled to drive headphone drivers. LOL and LOR can be left disconnected if not used.
I2C lines are pulled to IOVDD. Place small series resistance for digital interfaces to help reduce overshoot and reduce coupling (10 ohm for MCLK and 27 ohm for others).
