Alternate CLOCK IC of MM5314N

Hi all,

Can anyone suggest me the best alternative Clock for MM5314N. Because this IC is not available in market presently. My application is very simple and I dont want to go for any compound IC.

    Hello Tamal,

    I'm afraid I don't have a good recommendations for you.  But, have you looked at our various real time clocks (RTC)?

    What features of the MM5314N do you required?  Do you require 50/60 Hz based clock timing source?

    Have you considered using a simple microcontroller  such as MSP430 to count 50/60 Hz transitions and drive display?  Or does this violate your compound IC requirement?
