Can we use Oscillator for CDCM9102?

    CDCM9102 can be operated with 25 MHz XO or external clock with AC-coupled 2.5-V LVCMOS or DC-coupled 3.3-V LVCMOS signal applied to the XIN pin (leave XOUT pin floating).  For proper operation, the LVCMOS reference should be available and fairly stable by the time the power supply voltages or the RESET# pin voltage on the CDCM9102 reaches 2.27 V.
