TI ClockPro Installation Problems in Win7/64-bit for CDCL9xx Programming Board

I'm having driver problems with scac119d.exe installation of ClockPro on a Win7/64-bit PC. I'm using a known good CDCL9xx Programming Board. If correct drivers are not included in scac119d.exe, where can I find the ones for 64-bit? Below is what my Device Manager looks like:

Yes, I referenced that thread. In that thread, the poster states that "Win7 did not work at all" which is my experience but which conflicts with TI's OS requirement listed in www.ti.com/tool/clockpro (i.e., supposedly supports Win7/64-bit). My questions are very similar to the unanswered questions in that original thread as I am using Win7/64-bit.

Referring to Julian's reply in the old thread: I am not able to see "CDCE(L)9xx Programming EVM (COMx)" in the device manager (his figure2) without the "yellow triangle with explanation point" warning. See the JPG snapshot of my Device Manager provided my original posting to this thread. There is a driver problem here and when running TI Clock Pro (his figure 3), it never sees the CDCL9xx Programming board.

Hi Mike,

If you are using the board with the socket (the programmer EVM), you should be able to use the drivers attached.

I am currently having a similar problem but it is slightly different.
I install ClockPro software but I always get TUSB3410 Device in the Device Manager and it has the ! on the device.
When I look at the properties this is what it says

Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. (Code 52)

I have tried using the 4213.Driver ProgrammingEVM Window7.zip files but still the same result.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled with the same result.
