My customer is considering LMX2581 and has a question.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

Regarding OSCin of LMX 2851, which accepts signals of input level of maximum frequency 900 MHz and 1.7 Vpp.

What kind of device does it intend to supply?

I think the oscillator cannot output such a high level, so I'd like to know why.

Dear Shinichi,

thank you for reaching out. I would like to propose another device for your customer. LMX2572 will have larger frequency range, better PLL and lower power than LMX2581. You will also notice that LMX2572 is p2p with our LMX2594 so a migration to higher is very easy.
