LMX2595EVM: PLLatinum Sim .net issue

Good day

I have recently downloaded PLLatinum Sim to see if the performance shown in the tool matches up with the measured performance of my LMX2595EVM.

I then want to use PLLatinum Sim to optimise the loop filter for my application.

However, after installation, when trying to run the application, I keep getting a .net unhandled exception.

At first I thought our company IT policies might be blocking some .net features, but even when I install and run the software on my home PC I get this error.

Any assitance would be much appreciated.

Carl,

Is this by chance using European windows or a system that uses "," in place of ".". In other words, does "1/2" = "0,5" instead of "0.5"?

If so, what version (nationality) of windows do you have?

This has caused some issues in the past when the program tries to read in from the database.

"Input String is not the correct format", looks like this is related to reading in stuff from the database.

I was on English (South Africa) and changed it to English (US).

This seemed to fix the issue.
