LMK04828BEVM: Lost USB2ANY connection after closing TICS and restarting

Hello

LMK04828BEVM was working and communicating with no issues , closed the GUI and restarted it again and lost USB2ANY communication

I tried USB2ANY reset button but no success

any advice

Hello Abbas,

Have you tried disconnecting and connecting back the USB cable?

Sometimes you may need to restart TICSPro or power cycle the device.

When you go to "USB communications" does it show Interface type USB2ANY and select SPI as the Protocol?

Hello Vibhu

thanks for the quick response , I tried every thing you mentioned

when I go to USB communications , it shows USB not connected and SPI box is grayed out

that said I managed to fix the problem by going to Windows control panel and disabling then enabling the USB2ANY driver
