    Do you have specific phase noise targets at some specific carrier frequencies?  Or, where does LMX2541 compromise?

    Can you elaborate more on programmable?  For instance, what is the step size in the 1 GHz to 2 GHz range?

    Perhaps you might consider the LMX2581?  Max typ output power is 5 dBm @ 2.7 GHz.  LMX2581 will cover 1 to 2 GHz.
