we are looking for precise input characteristics of LMC555IM. The following data is needed:
1. The input current of trigger and control input is given as typically 10pA at 25°C. What is the maximum value for the whole temperature range? With the CMOS technology, the bias current can increase 1000 times to 125°C
2.The supply is between 4.82V and 5.1V. The threshold voltage for control input is given as 2.9V to 3.8V for 5V supply. The threshold voltage for trigger input is given as 3.7V and 4.3V for 12V supply. It is only given for 25°C. How can I calculate the range for supply between 4.82V and 5.1V and temperature range between -40°C and 125°C?
