Hi, experts,
I want to confirm that the absolute maximum current rating listed on section 6.1 is the sum of all outputs, is this true?
I thought the current is depended on the absolute maximum temperature, so it is
Io = (150 - 25) [degree Celsius] / (3.3 [V] * 60 [degree Celsius/W] = 630mA
when Tj (operating junction temperature referred to section 6.3), VDD = 3.3 V, Rqjb (Junction-to-board thermal resistance referred to section 6.4), and a case of room temperature is 25 degree celsius.
Why the current is 50 mA which is smaller than above calculated one?
