I have a new LMX2581EVM and USB2ANY programmer im using to generate a 3.5 GHz Signal (RFOUTA) and a 125 MHz Signal (RFOUTB). The output of either channel seem fixed at 3.89 GHz regardless of VCO settings on the main PLL tab.I can see a change on output when I activate OUTB_PD (reduces considerably in power), but no frequency change otherwise. Also Power of 3.89 GHz Chip Draws about 1.05 A at 3.3V. Also when I try and run the default setting (output 2700 MHz), I only see this random 3.89 GHz signal at -14 dBm (RFOUTA) and -24 dBm (RFOUTB)
Using 10 pin center connection of USB2ANY to ten pin input of EVM.
I noticed the Part itself get super hot so using a fan with it.. but not sure if its damaged,
