What can I do to solve this error in LTspice: "Unrecognized parameter "lambda" -- ignored"

Hi Andres,

Unfortunately we cannot support issues with LTspice as it is owned and licensed by another company.

Typically, we use TINA-TI or Pspice for TI to simulate circuits featuring TI devices.

TLC551 spice models are available for both of these simulation tools on the "Design tools & simulation" section of the product page.
