CDCS503: Why Select Spread Spectrum?

If using 2% Spread Spectrum reduces EMI, why would I select "no spread spectrum" as my option? Is there a tradeoff I need to know about?

Hi John,

Not every application needs SSC, also not every system can accept SSC clock. It's all depending on the application need.
