LMK6H: LMK6H

Part Number: LMK6H

Hi

I need select the exact ordering part number for LMK6H and below are the specification , kindly help me to get the right part number

Frequency : 100MHZ

output type : HCSL

Sub family options : E-PIN 1 and  F- PIN 2

PKG : small reel

Voltage :1.8V

Kindly help

thanks,

Gowthamman G

  • Hi Gowthamman,

At this time the closest part number we've released would be LMK6HA10000BDLFR:

    Frequency: 100 MHz

    Output Type: HCSL

    Supply Voltage: 1.8V

    Pin 1 Standby (Active low)

    Package: DLF (2.5 mm x 2.0 mm)

Note that between LMK6HA and LMK6HE variants, the device has the exact same functionality if the pin 1 is pulled high or left as NC. The main difference is that if pin 1 is pulled low (disabling the output), the current consumption in standby mode is 6-13 mA, and for output enable it is 49-67 mA.

Let me know if you have any other questions.

  • thanks Conner

    You mentioned LMK6HA10000BDLFR --

In this you are mentioning  E and A are same functionality !! Suppose If I procure this LMK6HA10000BDLFR part , If I leave Pin 1 and Pin 2 as float (NC ) once the device is powered ON , Diff Output will be always enabled !! Am I correct ?? and No need maintain the particular logic state for PIN 1 and PIN 2 - Untill the PIN1 / 2 if I pulled it down by external control the device will be disabled the Output and went to standby mode current consumption of 6-13mA . My understanding is correct ?

  • Hi Gowthamman,

That's correct, when the device is powered up if pin 1 and pin 2 are floating then the output will always be enabled. The output only gets disabled if the OE pin is pulled low to GND, and for the "A" variant the standby current is around 6-13 mA.
