minimum required time when changing the LMK3H0102-Q1 frequency

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMK3H0102-Q1

hello.
I would like to contact you because I have a question while developing using TI clock Gen.

LMK3H0102-Q1 I would like to inquire about the minimum time required to change frequency.
I know how to change the frequency in one channel using TICS Pro. It is necessary to change the register value about 11 times in the order of register R10, R0~R9, and R10,

but the existing clock is not output while changing the register. The reasons are as follows.
R10[2] = If you change the PDN bit, the existing clock will not be output for a while.
" PDN : Writing a '1' to this bit forces a power down all analog logic blocks"

Then, when using I2C communication, we must use normal speed, 400khz. It will depend on the I2C speed, but we ask if there is another way to change it to a minimum.
If there is a good way, please advise.
