Hi Kota,

I'm not able to find a file like the one you attached, but CDCLVD110AVF uses a standard JEDEC matrix tray so pin 1 should be aligned with the notch in the tray. For more information see page 9 on this document: Semiconductor Packing Methodology Let me know if this helps.
