BQ32000 and BQ32002 are the most recent 8-pin SOIC RTC products. The BQ32002 does not have a trickle charger, but features a lower typical supply current (65 uA compared to 100 uA).

The pre-calibration accuracy of the BQ3200x devices is +/- 35 ppm (typical) over the lifetime of the device. This accuracy is partially dependent on the accuracy of the XTAL used:
The device offers programmable calibration between -63 ppm and +126 ppm. The calibration procedure is detailed in this thread: https://e2e.ti.com/support/clock-timing-group/clock-and-timing/f/clock-timing-forum/703635/bq32002-bq32002-improper-time. The <20 ppm can be met with calibration.
Other devices such as the BQ4802Y specify typical 1 year aging at room temperature of 1 ppm typical:
