What are A1,A2, A3 and A4 listed in CDCE6214's stencil design page in its datasheet? Can them be removed ?

These are anchor pins, and can be left floating, or can be connected to GND. Connection to GND may improve reliability.

The anchor pins are optional on the PCB. The CDCE6214 supports up to PCIe Gen 5 without SSC, or PCIe Gen 4 with SSC.
